Client: Drax Group working with Hargreaves Services plc as the principal contractor.
Project Overview & Scope:
SAVECO was provided a complex brief to deliver:
- 8 x Loading Bellows (see Fig.2 above) that allow Municipal Sludge pellets to be loaded directly into tankered lorries – preventing any dust or odour from entering the atmosphere.
- Thanks to creative problem solving, SAVECO applied a robust solution, which worked successfully for one of our clients in the Agricultural sector, and transferred to a Municipal WWT context.

Project Value & Duration:
- < £200,000. 9 months for design, supply and delivery plus a further 6 months offering specialist consultancy support to the customer.

Project Outcomes
- Priding ourselves in going above and beyond for our clients, we are providing an additional 6 months of project management consultancy support to help Hargreaves negotiate complex and continually evolving requirements from key internal and external stakeholders associated with the project.
- The solution itself is currently being installed and commissioned by the customer without delay.
